Refund policy

A non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the total is required to secure your date, time, and location. This fee must be paid via PayPal, debit card, or credit card. An invoice for the remaining balance will be issued during the scheduled consultation.

The final payment for the remaining balance is due in full upon completion of the session. No returns on digitally delivered goods.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. To be considered, any rescheduling requests must be submitted at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the originally scheduled session. Approved requests made with less than forty-eight (48) hours' notice are subject to a non-refundable administrative fee of seventy-five dollars ($75). No refunds will be issued for sessions that do not meet these rescheduling requirements.

By booking and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all pricing and policies listed above.

Booking your session with a deposit constitutes an acknowledgement and agreement to the terms of services and refund, booking and cancellation policy.
